"The drink I recived was a disappointment. It was overly bitter, packed to the brim with ice, and didn’t include the cold foam I had ordered. After just four sips, it was gone — it honestly felt like I was drinking straight espresso shots with no hint of the brown sugar flavor that was supposed to be there.
The food wasn’t much better. The chocolate croissant was melted to the point of being overly gooey — I had asked for it warm, not scorching hot. The double smoked sandwich was so toasted it was nearly burned, and the jalapeño pocket, which I’ve had before and enjoyed, tasted unusually salty this time.
I’ve had better experiences before, so I know this isn’t the standard. Please do better. For damn near 40 dollars could've done this at home myself."
