I had an edge piece, which I usually love due to the crispness, but instead the edges were slightly stale and hard to cut. I definitely do not recommend the Lasagn Emilianaa. For the price of this dish, the fact that it had 3 peas and at best 7 baby quarter-inch wide slices of guiancale, it was a huge disappointment.
