Not pre-cut but if I recall that's normal for them. Pannacotta al Finocchietto was nice, although I expected the fennel pollen to come out more. It was also covered in berries (which weren't indicated in description or picture) which perhaps smothered that flavor. Focaccia der Muratore was simple, and mostly good. We wanted a garlic aioli or something creamy on the bread but we knew what we ordered and it was decent. The Carbonara was the biggest disappointment. We were between that and the Cacio e Pepe. For the price of this dish, the fact that it had 3 peas and at best 7 baby quarter-inch wide slices of guiancale, it was a huge disappointment. This was 97% pasta, and carbonara should be way better balanced."
