"The restaurant automatically substituted a dish without contacting me. I received their Baked Spaghetti with Marinara , which was a very small portion, similar to a child's portion. Every spaghetti noodle was embedded in a thick layer of cold cheese. The "marinara" isn't much more than tomato sauce. It was inedible and I tossed it after a few bites."

"Bought the chicken bacon ranch and the The Outlaw subs. The were not good. Tasted old which I didnt think was possible with subway. The #20 Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch was nothing but sauce or mayo ???. Same with the #2 The Outlaw® meat had a weird taste and sauce was everywhere. Bread on both burnt. I usually love things from Subway....not this time but usually it's not this Subway. The only thing I would recommend for this order is the dasher, I think his name is Stephen."
