The biscuits were so hard we could not eat them, even though we got the extra $2.99 for express delivery and tried popping them in the microwave twice to soften them up. "This would be my third time trying the #17 Mike's Famous Philly and it is so far my favourite sub. I am a fan of the Cookie so I always have to have one on the side since having my first one. To change it up, I tried the Brownie as well and it is PERSONALLY not for me; BUT if you are craving chocolate and love that soft, chocolate semi-cooked batter goo-ness in the middle, then the Brownie is for you. I also very much appreciate the fast-pace work of the employees. I give them huge props for keep up with the demands and line that they get during the 4:30-7:30 dinner rush. They are quick to respond to door-dashers, pick-up orders, and customers in general. I never had to wait for an employee to finally notice me standing there after 5-10min to pick my order up.
