First, RE the food... There is a whole lot of nothing special here and it's overpriced in a five guys kind of way. $15 for the basic burger and fries ? Are you kidding me?
My first encounter with Shake Shack was a carry out order. Took forever a and they weren't that busy. They just dropped the unwrapped food into a cardboard tray and then into a huge bag. No napkins, no ketchup. I had to ask for both. Same today with the DD order. Again, no napkins, no ketchup. I mean if someone is ordering fried a at least you can do is OFFER ketchup.
As for the fries, on the carryout visit I saw that they had the crinkle cuts which made me very happy. I love crinkle cuts e especially if they cook them extra crispy. After getting my fries today, I now know they did nothing extra last time. Same fries.
As for the burger, one would think for the extra time it took from order to delivery that the burger would be friesh. Sure doesn't taste it. Tastes like someone made a batch of burgers in the morning and then reheated/ grilled up to serve.
End of the day, while certainly a serviceable lunch, I would rather drive another 5 minutes down the road to Freddy's. Their burgers are fresh and are actually a smash burger and lunch with a drink is about $12."

Anyways Combo Over Rice was very well made, and for 3$ more you get enough meat for 2 meals, definitely worth the 20$ I spent (though I'm sure without it there's plenty). Rice was a little less for what I expected, but still reasonable and tasted great.
Now, sauces were great in their own right - and let me preface this by saying that there are reviews saying bitez is too spicy, so if you don't have a good spice tolerance, ignore me. I got white and bitez house sauces, and they put a lot of it in to top it off, but personally I prefer it more spicy with a lot of kick. If you are one of the aforementioned spice intolerant people, bitez sauce is definitely hot, so be careful. Does taste wonderful though. 10/10 do recommend."
