Plus, they were drowning in oil (which spilled all over and leaked through the bag). Somehow there was STILL standing oil when I transferred them to my plate. Lastly, I upgraded my Gumbo to a "bowl" from a "cup," but the portion size is a baker's cup (8oz). I measured bc I was pretty shocked at the size of the container.
