This particular time, well-done was barely medium (red in the middle). I ordered truffle fries ($22) ON TOP of the chips which come with burger. Last time, I got NO CHIPS or extra fries. This time, I got NO CHIPS, but what might be considered extra fries. However, the quality was at best ordinary fries (which I have had from STK), NOT truffle fries. Even when they are truffle fries, the quality is less than it used to be, certainly NOT resembling the picture on their menu.
I do have one caveat for this review. My last two orders have been mid-afternoon. It could be that whoever prepares food between about 2:00 - 4:30 just doesn't care what they serve."
