It wasn't until today that I tried the V25 - Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (Bun Bo Hue) and I'm absolutely blown away. I can't believe I've been missing this my whole life. The Salted Egg Bun (Banh Bao Trung Muoi) is a perfect accompaniment. I have ordered the pho before too which was really nice. I got extra peanut sauce, sometimes the A14 - Vietnamese Rare Beef in Lime Juice (Bo Tai Chanh) comes with some peanuts, today it didn't but maybe it's because I ordered it on the side. If you order the pho and ask for extra toppings they will definitely give them to you! The only thing I can ask for is extra limes which I will for next time if possible because I didn't have one at home. Wishing báhn xèo was on the menu, and would be curious to try the snails that I see on the menu for the restaurant in person. Really looking forward to my next order, it's just one of the very best restaurants. Thank you. "
