They consistently make errors with orders and then have the audacity to act as if the mistake was on the customer's part. On one occasion, I received BBQ chicken that was undercooked, which I had to rectify myself. When I called to address this issue, I was met with an unacceptable attitude. Despite this experience, I decided to give them another chance, only to receive the wrong order once again. It is clear that the current managers are ill-suited for any role involving customer service, whether dealing with individuals or otherwise. I will be contacting the corporate office to address these issues before someone is harmed."
