These, I know, are minor details and I am not trying to be to hard on the staff / team members; however, sometimes a good customer experience is in the smaller details. Service with a smile and those small details can change the customers view in a positive way. I want to be encouraging here. I know they are capable of doing better than what we received. If you are going to use Texas toast for French toast you have to do more than slide the bread across the egg mix. Otherwise you get very dry tasteless French toast which was what I received.
