These, I know, are minor details and I am not trying to be to hard on the staff / team members; however, sometimes a good customer experience is in the smaller details. Service with a smile and those small details can change the customers view in a positive way. I want to be encouraging here. I know they are capable of doing better than what we received. I totally believe in them over there. On a more positive note, the Royal Crispy Chicken was absolutely fantastic. Good job on that one!"
