My only issue was at pick up there was a lot of confusion with the pick up orders. I wasn't the only one who was frustrated standing around waiting for my order and when it wasn’t there after waiting 15 minutes past my pickup time. I was told to take an order that they thought was mine, but had another name on it. I got home and it definitely wasn't my order. I called and informed Alexis (Manager) of the situation and she took care of it by remaking my order promptly. Thank you Alexis for making this right and correcting it right away! They weren't overly spicy but the actual wings were so dried out which ruined them. The ONE bright spot and only reason for the second star, was the Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie. This was delicious, and I wish I had gotten more of them. Sadly, I'm sure these come already made and are simply packaged for customers but are totally worth it.
