"I never get sirloins but Miller's is an exception. Every time I can count on a tender, perfectly seasoned/grilled center cut sirloin and they know medium rare means just that- pink in the middle! I cannot deal with medium or well done and Miller's gets the temperature perfect every single time over the many years I've been dining there.
