The flavor was there with the brown gravy and a little hint of spice but it was mostly bones. And sadly, most of the pieces seemed like they just put the oxtail into the pot and do not fall off the bone easily. Even ripping it off the bone with my teeth still left meat on the bone which shows you it was not slow cooked long enough as it would come cleanly off the bone. Unfortunately, I would not get again based on quality and price point"
