"one of our burgers was soaked in grease. couldn't even eat it. the burger patties on both burgers looked like it had been pounded out so thin that it was falling apart. the cheese barely held it together. then comes the concrete mixer.... the pieces only went 1/3 of the way down into the cup. the last 2/3 was JUST ice cream. no pieces of the mix. i get it's the end of the night but i ordered an hour before close. this is just laziness and taking zero pride in their work. sad"
