"Been in Box Hill for a year and so happy to have finally found decent f&c. Batter crispy but not too thick, fish delicious (not huge. but these days it isn't anywhere) potato cake was actual sliced potato!"

"The Flake (Local Gummy) was so good, it was a thick piece that was fresh tender and melted in your mouth. The hand made Potato Cake was like they used to make when I was a child, it was crispy outside and tender inside. The chips were excellent. They wernt those horrible factory bagged chips and were obviously chipped from fresh potatoes. The Pineapple Fritter was also great and had a lovely batter dusted with sugar and cinnamon. A very lovely meal"

The chips would have been nice but arrived cold. Calamari was ok but again cost too much for two small rings. Tartare sauce had zero flavour and def not worth $3 extra for a tablespoon of paste. Won't purchase from here again"
