"Who doesn't love Culver's? I'd say it's the best burger from a fast food establishment. So I had no issues with the food. The issue was with items missing from the order. I was missing pretzel bites, a cheese sauce, all the sauces that came with the value meals, and last but not least my husband's fries, which I didn't notice until I came home from driving to Culver's to get my missing items.
It was a rough day and I was looking forward to comfort food magically showing up at my door. When I realized items were missing I hopped in the car and drove the few miles to the store. The employees were so very nice and apologized profusely. I understand sh*t happens. Along with my items the manager gave me a coupon for a free meal and told me I could pick out a custard to take home, which I happily did. It worked out for Culver's because I can't imagine my life now without their chocolate pecan caramel custard and will be going there (probably weekly lol) for this heaven sent dessert.
