"Rice wasn't cooked all the was, I called ahead to ensure this wouldn't be an issue and it still was. Scallops were over cooked. It was hot and they definitely made sure there was soft rice on the top. And the extra cilantro I asked for. Overall I'd give the meal a 4/10.
