The sauce and crema come in separate packaging so the chilaquiles are hot and crunchy when they arrive. Sauce has a lot of cooked onion too, so good. The chicharrones were not spicy/saucy but the taste is great! We ordered the eggs over easy and arrived over medium so maybe get sunny side up because they'll keep cooking on the way. Didn't bother me at all but just a tip if you're egg picky. The Orden de Papas Fritas is a big order too, salty and peppery delicious.
