He is 89 yrs old and I flew into Nashville last night to visit him because he had fractured his back and wanted to do something special again for him as far as ordering the last meal didn't work out well also but I witnessed this one and it was really disappointing and I think the worst part is that it was supposed to be a place that you would think would have amazing awesome Philly cheesesteaks and it was pretty pathetic He just was trying to be kind but it was not good and he would have expected something a lot more at least I would have he did not want to complain but I do because I was using a credit and then to see him not even eat any of it plus the onion rings were so small that was hardly any there and just disappointed me. I really hate to complain that I think that it's important that places like this understand that space stay they're going to have a Philly cheesesteak it's going to have cheese and onions and all the other things that it said it's going to not just meat on bread that's looks like it's kind of stale so maybe they just had a bad night it was really late I was exhausted he's 89 years old I really honestly did not want to take the time to even talk about this we just decided to go to sleep so hopefully maybe something you get done to accommodate but he definitely does not want to try it again after this and I will not be trying it as well while I'm in town unfortunately. the driver seemed really nice if that's any consolation but that doesn't make up for the food being pretty awful. "Presentation is gorgeous. Lots of very fresh ingredients with different colors. I didn't realize that bread came with the meal, but I'm certainly not complaining about that. I also found it a little bit odd that they included real butter with the bread (considering I ordered a Lunch Vegan Cobb). Whoever was bagging the order probably just wasn't thinking. No big deal. The dressing was zesty and complimented the other ingredients well. Would have been nice to receive some single-use utensils to consume the salad, or at least have an option while ordering to request some. "Everything was amazing I didn't get the granola I wanted but the Build Your Own Bowl I got was amazing and the Bee's Knees was even better the Nutella Mocha Cold Brew is good though I wouldn't say it was my favorite I do plan on trying the other drinks until I find which one is my favorite all the fruit was fresh and tasted fresh and the cinnamon granola I got on mistake was good as well and as I've said I absolutely loved the Bee's Knees toast it was the best part of everything I bought"
