Finding good plant-based breakfast options was my challenge (not a fan of oatmeal or any hot cereal). I've had tofu before, but not scrambled. To me, this is an excellent sub for eggs. The side salad was okay, the portion was a little small but it tasted fine; the portion size of the edamame was perfect, but I'm not a big fan of it. What I really wanted was a tuna roll, but unfortunately I really didn't like the tuna. It didn't taste super fresh, there wasn't any option to customize the tuna roll, and the spicy tuna looks a little off-putting. I tried the tuna roll, but it just didn't taste right to me, and it put me off trying the other items.I really love tuna, so this was surprising to me. I tried this place because of their Sushi Lover Set, but it was just disappointing. I wish everything had been as good as the miso soup."
