"Everything was great. Warm and made just as good as eating in. They even packed the Bruschetta to go perfectly to go so it does not get soggy. We always get the John's Meatballs and they never disappoint. Even got our big piece of mozzarella with them. The Cajun Shrimp and Crab Alfredo has great flavor and a lot of crab and shrimp. Will get again. I recommend everything. "

"I love Powerhouse Eatery. We've dined in a few times. Their Bruschetta is one of the best I've ever had. Ordering it this time on take out was as if it was a completely different dish. Tomatoes not blistered. Topping was basically a few tomatoes sitting in a container full of balsamic juice (imagine an 8 oz soup container filled with thin balsamic marinade/sauce, a just a handful of little tomatoes floating in it). At the restaurant, the presentation was way more plentiful.... it was overflowing with blistered tomatoes, garnished with chopped basil, dusted with parm, etc. I get that take out is not going be the same experience as dining in, but shouldn't I at least be receiving the same food/dish? The bread I was given was also 3 slices, untoasted. At the restaurant, we received at least 4, but most likely 5. Nothing else. Just bread and tomato balsamic soup juice. It felt like a DIY kit for the dupe of Powerhouse Eatery's bruschetta, rather than the actual thing. VERY disappointing. Definitely affects how I consider anything regarding them moving forward. I've recommended so many people to them so this is a real shame. Heirloom Tri-Color Carrots - cooked well, but they didn't season it at all. Had to add a few pinches of salt to it to make it edible. Couldn't really taste the natural sweetness of heirloom carrots. Nothing earth shattering."
