"I really liked that they fried the egg themselves. The sandwich was a decent size (I got an everything bagel). It was yummy and filled me up. I got an iced latte too and it was delicious as always. They prepared everything just fine. "I am INCREDIBLY disappointed with Caleo. Based on my experiences with them as of recent, hey have been consistently going downhill. The staff pays no care in how they prep the order for delivery, nor do they appear to have concerns when called and politely asked about the order. My chicken salad sandwich had just barely a small spoon of chicken salad on it. And my pickle was quite literally a tiny sliver of pickle skin! In addition to that, I ordered the minestrone soup. The lid was not secured so went it arrived, the entire liquid of the soup was spilled out into the paper bag while the 3 slices of vegetables were left in the small dish - $6 for that soup and I got a small bite. All in all, I used to love this place. I ordered frequently...coffee and food. I want to still love this place but honestly, the only way I can is if I just never order from here again. :-("
