Also, I don't know how a strawberry lemonade could taste that awful and disgusting (the other one, besides being FROZEN, tasted fine). I would highly recommend their amazing chicken sandwiches, the incredible Cajun fries (they're not crispy, but the batter is soooooo yummy and they're not spicy, which I love! They're even good cold, imo, so I always save any leftover ones; they're the ONLY French fries I'll save as leftovers AND eat later without necessarily having to reheat them)!! I got the Bacon Cheeseburger, as well as the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Both sandwiches were *fairly* warm, but the fries were undercooked, soft and without flavor. The sandwich contents were dry and unfortunately lacked decent flavoring as well. If you’re looking for an extremely average burger, this is a good option for you.
I only live 2 miles away from this place, so usually my food retains its heat on the drive home. I don’t want to rate Sal’s only 1 star, but I think more attention to detail and some tweaking to their overall standards would go far, because these baskets were simply not worth the 30-some-dollars I paid.
