When the Air Force had my family in Alabama, I learned from the locals that 'Hot Fresh Now ' was a beacon to yumminess! Soft pillowy yeast donuts like original glazed melts in your mouth. Yum! But there are other options at Krispy Kreme. Lots of Yumminess in all kinds of flavors. Blueberry Cake and sour cream are my and my husband's favorites! Chocolate covered, cream filled is my bonus son's favorite. Right now they have Hogwarts Flavors and the ones we tried were delicious! Hufflepuff and Griffin are top notch! The little crest is made of what is called gum paste - semisweet edible decor.

The collard greens were my litmus test. Boy, I was so pleasantly surprised. So many restaurants fail with the greens. But not Savory Souls Kitchen! That 'potlikka' broth was so rich and flavorful. OMGoodness, I wish I'd ordered 2 servings!
The yams were also good. They were spiced properly. I must honestly admit though, when I compare the restaurants's yams to mine, I like mine better. Still, I was not disappointed with my yams at all last night.
The catering menu seems much more extensive than the restaurant offerings. I know I will use them to help supplement the dishes at my next shindig, whether it's a routine cookout, or a holiday meal!

"The takeout packaging was very secure (there was even an ice pack included to keep everything cold) and each box was neatly labeled with the type of sushi. Everything was extremely fresh and tasted delicious! The "Chef Choice" 5pc Sushi had an excellent variety - it came with Sake (Salmon), Hamachi (Yellowtail), Hotate (Scallop), Maguro (Bluefin Tuna), and Hokkigai (Red Clam). My favorite was the Sake Toro which came with Ikura (Salmon Roe) on top. The Aburi Sake was topped with a creamy sweet sauce and the Hotate Creamy Hand-roll was good, but slightly too sweet for me. I think it just had a little too much sauce (will give it another try). Overall, very pleased with Hanakin!!"
"Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh, and packed well, even coming with an ice pack! "Chef Choice" 5pc Sushi came with a good variety I was quite pleased with, the Hanakin Roll I think could have had more of a fruit presence, but still delicious. The Unagi and Sake Toro were delicious and fresh, the best sushi I have had in this area. You definitely pay for the quality!
Yuzu Cheese Cake was quite tasty as well, although I wish the slice were a bit bigger. It was quite refreshing though!
