"We love Layne's! Not a huge menu but that's OK because what they do have on the menu is done very well. Think of it as a higher quality version of Cane's and slightly higher price. The fries are fantastic! Really love their fries! However, if you're looking for a very crispy fry? These may not be for you. Highly recommend the Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce to go with the chicken fingers, which I'm really pleased that they're always a good size. There is a bit of variance in quality though as some days we'll get some pretty crispy, dark brown chicken fingers and other days will be a softer fried, golden brown chicken finger. To me? I prefer the latter which seems to be the defacto way they are to be cooked and served at Layne's, but just be advised that there are times you'll get an order that's a little more crispy.
