Their photo shows 5-6 LARGE, thick, whole slices of fresh mozzarella and tomato, with a small amount of greens underneath. However, the real salad will arrive with plenty of greens BUT about 1/3 of the expected toppings. Tomatoes amount to maybe 2-3 very THIN slices (cut in half to create the appearance of 5-6 pieces.) Only three SMALL half slices of mozzarella (My photo was taken after I ate only one piece of each.) Basil wasn't promised in the description, but a few pieces of that would have saved this sad salad."

Was impressed by Happy's packaging; sturdy construction. The rib tips were pretty meaty, moist with a little tug and a subtle smoke taste. Nicely portioned* about 9 striips. Sauce choices were available on the side. Ordered a 8oz Cole Slaw , which had a creamy, sweet tangy dressing, which complimented the flavor of the meats. The 3 Piece Jumbo Whole Wings were a pleasant surprise.They were a great size. They were nicely done, lightly seasoned and a crunchy, coating, different than most. Very enjoyable. The dinner sides chosen were slaw and thick cut crinkle cut fries. Nothing was overly salty. Got a side of fried Breaded Okra which was tasty but the coating was too thick.
