"The ice cream was delicious! Unfortunately they were out of both flavors we ordered and they didn't even tell us this. We discovered it after leaving with our items. My son took a bite and his was sherbet—which isn’t ice cream. An odd substitution to make but we thought ok we’ll just go back in and tell them we want to swap it. After getting inside I checked mine and it was chocolate, which I cannot eat. So I asked to swap mine for a non chocolate option like what I’d originally ordered. The girl got a bit snippy/huffy with us after that. But if they have to make substitutions they need to do better about reaching out to the customer to make them aware; if they can’t reach them then they should wait for them to come inside and inquire face to face. Barring those options, if you’re going to make a swap, make it a SIMILAR item; don’t change dairy for non-dairy or fruit for candy, etc. People have allergies, intolerances and preferences to consider. "Most was spot on. Cooked well and seasoned perfectly. The veggies were crisp and the mashed potatoes were excellent. However, my wife's Prime Rib* was basically worthless. It is not a cheap item. I expect these things to be checked before they go out the window. HALF, of the prime rib, HALF, was fat. Absolutely no excuse for this. Add to this our experience on mother's day, when this same issue occurred. Being in the restaurant we were able to have it corrected. We are not pleased. "What I got tasted good. The sandwiches were definitely an interesting setup. I got the Fat Knight and Fat Filipino (which they subbed for my original order of the Fat Delta U, which they don't call to confirm for. The sandwich is just auto-subbed through doordash) I wanted the Delta U, but I was still okay with what was substituted, the Fat Filipono. Inside the arrived plastic bag, held two individually stickered wrapped foil sandwiches inside individual paper bags. Unwrapping the foil outside held a cut in half sandwich that was wrapped in a paper like lining. They wrap it in the paper and cut it in half and then wrap that inside the foil and sticker the seam. The paper will definitely absorb any sauces, so unwrapping can be a little messy. TLDR: Interesting sandwiches, would order again."
