The vegetables in the bento box are 85% cabbage, but the cabbage is cooked very well and tastes delicious. I got extra chicken and they in fact gave me a good amount of chicken. The chicken has really good flavor and is not rubbery like it was frozen or cooked incorrectly. it's very tender! I don't like sushi, I asked for an avocado roll, but they didn't meet that concern.
