The timing on the other hand is not great, as we still waited 10 mins after the app said our order was ready to get our food (2 meals with 2 sliders & a side each). Once we received our food, we were glad we double-checked because the side we substituted (for a $2.50 up charge) was wrong. When I let the staff know, they took my food back & switched the side - not sure what they did with the fries, but I really hope they didn't get given to another customer. As someone who has worked in multiple food establishments, I would not have taken the food back into the prep area to avoid cross contamination."

"Five stars for the 5 pc. Tenders Big Box. I have to say in this case KFC gets it right. The tenders appear not to be the chicken tenderloin which contains an undesirable and unchewable tendon running through much of it, but a slice of chicken breast coated with the famous recipe seasoning. The only guidance I could give would be to find a way to make the coating of seasoning thicker. Otherwise, this is an excellent product, and I would definitely recommend. In my book this is a big win for KFC. "
