However, on other days, the food is bland, mushy, or served in noticeably smaller portions. For the price of around $40 per meal, I expect consistency and value. There’s often a noticeable difference in weight between portions, which shouldn’t happen. If I could make a suggestion, I’d ask the owner to work with the chefs to ensure consistency in quality, seasoning, and portion sizes. I’d also appreciate it if the containers were always filled properly. I wouldn’t mind waiting an extra 10 minutes to ensure I’m getting my money’s worth."
