Some were still raw and very strong. The Pad See-Ew was almost all noodles. Very little vegetable and very dry chicken. The Pad Woon Sen noodles were in a messy ball that was difficult to serve. Very few vegetables that weren't mixed in. They were under the mess of noodles and hard to access. The Sartori Fresh Roll was disgusting. The lettuce was limp and browning on the edges. No flavor. "When I originally visited the Torrance lunasia, it was shortly after they opened and a little chaotic. my order was not correct and the food was not as wonderful as the Cerritos location. I chalked it up to working out the Kinks of opening a new location. I decided to try again and ordered delivery. I ordered Salt and Pepper Spare Ribs 椒鹽排骨 , which, by the way, seemed to be full pork loin chops, large, thick and juicy. Wonderful surprise. I ordered the Pan-Fried Vermicelli w/ Curry 星洲炒米粉 (known to me as Singapore style rice noodle). Chock full of BBQ pork, shrimp so large you can't eat in one bite, egg and other delicious veggies. The Hot and sour soup (Bowl) 酸辣湯 was also delicious, not too sour, the seasoning was well-balanced. And finally, the Macao Style Egg Custard 葡國蛋撻. They were still warm, so I had to eat one right away. It was wonderful to bite into the warm, crispy crust and delicious soft custard center. YUMMMM! I'm happy to see that the Torrance Lunasia appears to have gotten the recipe rythym. Will definitely return."
