"This spot years ago use to be the best place to go to especially late nights in Elizabeth New Jersey. The 6 piece honey barbecue 6 PCS Buffalo Wings use to be fantastic. They were clearly greatly fried twice with just the right amount of honey barbecue sauce drenched all over in it. Now, I don't know if they changed the recipe, changed the cooks, or call themselves taking some bad cost effective cutbacks on the food at the customer's expense but this is now bad!!! The 6 PCS Buffalo Wings are terrible, have no flavor, no breading, no longer fried twice or however they use to successfully cook it, and they just pour slim to nothing being hardly any barely nothing little honey barbecue sauce on them. With most sauce being at the bottom of the box and not on the wings as if I ordered sauce on the side instead of being on the wings. The Chicken Sandwich was incredibly way too spicy also had no flavor. I didn't order a spicy Chicken Sandwich and all you can taste is pepper. The French Fries were good though as they always have been. At least you can still get great fries from here but as much money as this place charges for food they need to make better tasty food just as they did before. You can go to one of those cheap chicken shacks and get cheaper food that taste better than this. This was a waste of money."

"I definitely want to give "my new spot" a special shout out. I had the privilege of eating at this great restaurant. In order to see how good the food taste, I order a few different meals. I first ordered a steam Snapper meal with provisions instead of rice and beans, to see how they were going to customize my meal. Next, I ordered a breakfast meal in the late afternoon. The dish was Ackee and Saltfiah with provisions. Lastly I ordered a chicken soup to see how they were going to make it. I must admit, this restaurant went up and beyond my expectations, with the presentation, taste, and customer service. The servings were so plentiful, I shared it with my wife, who almost fought me to get the food after she tasted it, LOL. As for the Louisiana Rub, since the wings are cooked perfectly where the skins are crispy yet the meat is still somewhat juice (the only way to maintain full juiciness while frying is to have a batter but this is not the kind of wings here), thus the tiny spiciness of this dry Rub makes the wings taste amazing."

Last night, I ordered the same items plus more items to try (Signature Wings, Honey Butter Shrimp , & Honey Biscuits ) & was disappointed with the whole order. NOTHING was Cajun, not even the chicken sandwiches. So maybe someone messed up the frying mix? I will give them another try (because although the food was not seasoned, it still tasted fresh).

"I ordered the HYDERABADI CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI expecting to get at the very minimum three pieces of chicken in it. Normally when you order this dish you receive at least a drumstick and thigh at the very least, plus they're usually a decent size/portion if it's only going to be two pieces. Unfortunately this order came with just one reg thigh and a smaller thigh which I found odd and I was slightly annoyed by it. I did appreciate that they kept the onions and lime wrapped on the side instead of putting it on top of the rice like other restaurants do.
