Disappointing is an understatement. I attempted to call the restaurant immediately, assuming it was a mistake, but the phone just rang without an answer or voicemail. This was my second effort to give Newk’s a fair chance; my first dine‑in visit was underwhelming, and now this delivery letdown.
I hope Newk’s addresses these consistent service and quality issues. Until then, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next salad."

"Everything was good we enjoyed! Just one small thing, Chimichanga was missing the tomatoes and sour cream, there was lettuce. The Lindo Special so very good, so flavorful!
