"Having being opened for like half a year, you'd think they'd get the managing down. Every single time I pick up my order here, they don't have it ready. They haven't even started on it. I have to stand there and wait inside the store every single time. And I've been here multiple times. I even come here later than usual, and they still pretend that they never saw the order. Same excuse every time. Other than that though, their food is good and less oily than other halal food places. But the service is not worth my time. This is literally the only store that does this in this neighborhood, not having anything ready after 30 minutes of ordering. Whoa-this was the best butter chicken I've ever had. I could eat the cheese naan dipped in the butter chicken all day long. Zinger Burger was excellent as well, very tasty and very substantial. "I ordered the CAESAR SALAD w griled chicken and an extra pc of chicken, The salad was really fresh and it was a nice sized. But there were a few thiis they could do better.
1. It comes w a single 2oz (dipping cup) size of dressing, it costs an extra $0.94 per additional cup. To make it worse, they all were just barely half full.
2. The bag of croutons had maybe a dozen in the bag.
These are little things, but when it comes to such a simple basic salad, it makes a difference.
The CHEESE CURDS were great, and the way they were packed allowed them to stay warm, even while my Dasher had to drive thru a snow storm, and the order sat in a cold drop off spot for an additional 15 or so minutes.
Overall everything was delicious.
(My apologies for not including pictures, I completely forgot to take them.)
PS: I considered making this public. But being in the restaurant biz myself, I feel this is just constructive criticism, not a complaint to deter customers."
