"First time ordering from this restaurant. All I can say is WOW! Well prepared and packaged. I'm impressed with the presentation AND the taste of the food! At times, it's very difficult to keep steak moist, especially from restaurant to home, they nailed it!!
My only two recommendations for ordering for your new customers are to explain the difference between the hand roll and roll sushi, as I've never had to choose and I choose wrong, it was different, but still delicious. Second, allow the option to customize your entree. I wanted chicken, steak, and shrimp, but there was no option to add one or the other nor to request more rice.
