"holy smokes. this NYC style pizza is unbelievably good. I'm pretty picky when it comes to pizza, and there's a lot of crappy pizza places in our area. Brooklyn Pizza is NOT one them. The crust is chewy but with a crispy bottom, and very little flop, with a fluffy, bubbly outer edge that begs to be dunked into garlic butter and eaten like bread sticks, when the cheese and sauce is all gone. The tomato sauce is lightly sweet, and seasoned perfectly to add the right balance of sweet and tangy. It tastes like it's made from scratch. The toppings taste fresh, and are piled on, making for a very hearty and filling pizza, but without being soggy or watery. I'm glad I decided to give them a try, and will 100% be ordering my pizza from them in the future.

Tonight we had the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and the Meat Pizza. The crust is not too thin, it is very flavorful and substantial enough for the toppings on both pies (unlike Crave and pizza jerks) while also not being tough or doughy (like harvest/WoH, CCAC etc). Weve ordered everything from small round pies up to huge party pizzas and they get the crust:sauce:topping ratio right in every scenario and bake it to perfection!!
The food always arrives hot, fresh and exactly as ordered. If youre not in the mood for pizza the subs and platters are equally delicious. The salads do not have house made dressing and come with a brand of packaged dressings im not fond of so I'd pass on the salads but everything else is consistently great.

"I ordered the " Plain Cheese " pizza (aka build your own?) and added sausage and mushrooms. The mushrooms were horribly soggy (they looked and tasted like canned mushrooms). I think every other pizza shop in the area uses fresh mushrooms (even the chains!).
The crust was decent. Fluffy - not thin crust, not thick/pan pizza either which was actually a good middle ground. However, there was no desciption of the size of the pizza so, it was much smaller than expected for the price particularly when you factor in the cheap canned mushroom toppings.
