We then parfait the puree between two layers of our homemade granola. "The shrimp Cobb salad was good- some of the kale leaves were less to be desired though so I wouldn't say it was all 100% fresh. They gave a lot though and it was filling. I'd order again hoping that the freshness of kale was addressed."
