"Buyers, beware. Chips and salsa are not complimentary unless you order a dinner entree. A Taco salad is not an entree. If you order a dip, you have to order the chips, a small bag is $2.25. What good would it do me to order cheese dip and have no chips to eat it with? This is not noted on the menu anywhere. Third. Be sure you express that you want more than three pieces of diced tomato and more than one teaspoon of shredded cheddar cheese on the Taco salad, otherwise you'll be eating a bowl of ground beef with lettuce on top. I spoke to the owner, who is someone who'd know me by sight because my husband and I used to eat there regularly, and she told me that I needed to do what I needed to do. So.
