"Really enjoy the fresh, crunchy vegetables. I like how the tofu is cooked. It has a good texture. Sauce is flavorful without being too heavy. I'm trying to lower my cholesterol and the 67. Buddhist Delight 素什锦 is a great vegetarian choice. The 4. Spring Roll (2) 上海卷 I think are made with wonton wrappers because they are thicker and not as crunchy as spring roll paper."

The description doesn't say it, but it has large chunks of tofu in it. The vegetables were fresh and crispy and the sauce wasn't too sweet. My husband enjoyed his 107. Hunan Beef 湖南牛 and the spice level I asked for was just right. He liked the variety of vegetables in it. The 2. Egg Roll (2) 春卷 were good, too."
