"Folsom Palace has the best Chinese food in the area, if not all of Northern California. Their Kung Pao chicken is super flavorful, fresh, no fat, made to perfection. The whole meal is extremely satisfying and whether you go there in person or get takeout, they are consistent, and delicious. "This is the best Chinese food place in my area. My Honey Walnuts Shrimps 核桃虾（午） were huge! They were also de-tailed and clean as a whistle which unfortunately is not the norm at other places. Still they have over a cup of peanuts in here to balance out the breading of what could be maybe 4 ounces of chicken, possibly 3 ounces. The breading is the majority. They must be hurting to reduce the quality this low. Almost 50$ wasted, PF changs has gone down the trash. Pre Covid not terrible. Now.. wont be long for them to go out of business here. "
