"This was my 2nd time to order from this place. The first timeI ordered the chicken timka and the lamb burritos "sorta spicy." They were so spicy, I could barely taste the food. This time I ordered the lamb burrito without additional spice. It is still spicy, but not overwhelming. The burrito has flavor, but there is hardly any lamb. It is more of a bean and rice burrito with a lamb garnish. At this price point, the lamb should outweighthe beans. The Peri Peri fries would be laughable if they weren't $7. They arrived tepid and limp, as if they had never been crispy at all or even fried for that matter. Yet somehow, the plastic ramekin of dipping sauce had slightly melted in the box. It's as if the box of fries had been prefilled, refrigerated, and then microwaved. I don't expect takeout fries to be like they would in a restaurant, but they should be better than this."

I also got samosa chaat, spicy rice cakes and some of their lemon rice. Everything was super flavorful. Lemon rice seems be designed to be eaten with something as it was kind of bitter on its own. But together with the dal, it added so much to the flavor and texture of the dish. Very well paired together with something on the richer side of Indian cuisine.
