The ridiculously late orders for pickup and delivery , and the chaotic dining in experience service wise, were always made up for by the quality of the food. No longer. Now you pay astronomical prices for all of the lack above. The fish in my last three orders (two pickup and one delivery) has been discolored and even with a slight smell. At the gas station sushi this is expected . Not for these prices . A huge disappointment . Not to mention if you order delivery, good luck getting it. The driver sits around waiting for the order for at least a half an hour over the estimated time without fail. Often is forced to leave and then you wait another extra amount of time . Are we kidding. Regular orders, anywhere else, are always 8 balls. I could see 6 balls... Maybe, but 4?! I asked for extra okonomi sauce and mayo on them, in special Directions. Not a whole side of it, just some extra sauce splashed on top. Nuthin. There were maybe 5 bonito flakes Going to Osaka for them might be cheaper, definately better. I even added some dark soy sauce to enhance flavor and it did not help. Also does not taste/look like stir fry noodles - it's more like a wet mix of noodles probably water from all the cabbage added.
