Also, don't have a customization option if the customer can't actually write any requests. All in all, the only consistent thing about this store is the consistency. I've had the Shrmp Po Boy (my order was completely wrong and I was missing an item), 2 different burgers (one of which was overcooked and the other was not made to order) and now this chicken sandwich is where I have to call it quits. I won't be ordering again -- maybe I'm getting the wrong stuff or ordering on busy days at bad times."
