"was missing the mustard. not a big deal but definitely a big part of most Italian subs is the mustard, not to mention the consistency of doing something correctly for the restaurant. hella mayo. tasted like a mayo/pepper sandwich more than anything. the meat was wonderful and soft/easy to eat, fresh, i just couldn't taste the flavor of the meat because of the mayo and pepper. I've had firehouse before and always get the Italian, never had a problem and love it so much. I'd order again, just might put in the instructions not to drown it in mayo and pepper. portion of the medium was perfect with a chip combo!"
