I hate the extra crunchy style because it's always too salty. My coleslaw looked old and there was literally about 2 spoonfuls in the dish and it was mostly sauce. I also ordered Cherry Pie Poppers and 2 of the 4 pieces was burnt. I don't typically have any problems with KFC and any issues I might have had weren't worth mentioning. This time I'm very disappointed primarily because this was during lunch....I didn't eat any of it and out of $20 I only received a $5 refund. I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect to beable to eat something."
