While we usually always give their Subs 5 Stars, we had to give them -1 Star this time. I'm not sure who made these last night, but I would fire them. They were disgusting. The bread was stale and hard, the chicken was dry, there was nasty old bacon crumbled up in the sandwich, and we definitely didn't taste any ranch sauce. Also, we ordered Xtra cheese, and it had none on the sub. Worst of all.. They were wet with water. No joke, it seemed like someone actually set them in water, then wrapped them up. We didn't finish eating them, just a few bites only: for there was a weird taste about them. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Whoever made them should be ashamed of themselves for actually giving these to a customer. The only good thing was that the awesome Customer Service Rep from Door Dash gave us the credit for them.
