"I used to order this a year ago and finally ordered the regular Cheesesteak again, and was disappointed. The sandwich used to be a little bigger. But the thing that stood out the most is that it used to come with cheese sauce to pour over the sandwich and no longer does. The cheese also tasted "fresher" in that it hadn't already hardened by the time it got to me. I remember the sandwich being pretty damn warm/hot usually. And it's not like my dasher took forever either so I don't know if they just have cold sandwiches sitting waiting to go out or what. The sandwich now just tastes like a bunch of previously melted American cheese on top of some steak from Subway, which is basically what it is. But the cheese sauce and the size of the sandwich is what used to make it a great buy. Shame this went the way that so many other great products go where they cut corners to save money until it only resembles what it once was. 3 stars because nowadays $14 for a sandwich isn't bad, but I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to this place rather than it being a great value like it used to be."

"The best cookie place to be. I prefer soft cookies over hard and some way say it's undercooked but I love the softness and gooeyness to it. Reason why they are called crumbl for a reason. What I can say is they nail it with their cheesecake flavoring. As a cheesecake & caramel lover I was afraid to try the salted caramel cheesecake thinking the salt would be overpowering but surprisingly it gave a nice sweet balance to it. I was very excited for the cake batter but unfortunately for me it was way too sweet. Overall, I still recommend. Some cookies hit some may not and that's okay. If it were cheaper they would be a genuine threat to public health.
