"Cava is one of my favorite restaurants to visit in person. The bowls are always full and you really feel like you've gotten a great value for your money. Tonight, we ordered 4 bowls and I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I am in what we received. Three of the four bowls were a little over half full qnd 1 bowl was less than half full. While I understand there are specific portions of each ingredient that are added to the bowl, there is no way that five pieces of romaine lettuce constitute a portion based on my experience of what would normally be served at the restaurant in person. I'm not quite sure what I received, but it definitely was not falafel as ordered. The inside was chewy and more like a white paste. Be careful when ordering Cava for delivery as you are definitely not going to get what you would normally get by visiting the store. Just for reference, I did take 5 or 6 bites from what's shown in the picture but normally you wouldn't even notice I had eaten any."

"I had a very disappointing and honestly disturbing experience at this restaurant. I was served a glass of water that had a bright pink lipstick stain around the rim, clearly someone else’s. This is a serious sanitation issue and completely unacceptable. I brought it to the waiter’s attention and asked if they could speak to the owner about offering a discount for the inconvenience. When the check came back, it was $65 with only a $6 discount, which did not reflect the severity of the issue. I then spoke to the owner directly, hoping for a more reasonable resolution. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner was extremely rude. She threw my card at me and told me I should leave. When I tried to calmly ask why she was behaving that way, she ignored me and continued with an attitude. What made it worse is that she never even apologized for the fact that I was served a dirty glass. I’ve been to this restaurant many times before and would have been willing to overlook the mistake if they had simply shown proper customer service, a sincere apology and a fair resolution. Instead, I was treated disrespectfully for raising a legitimate health concern. I will never return, and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Cleanliness and basic respect for customers should be the bare minimum."

Tenpura Chicken Tempura Perfectly tasty like the Coconut Shrimp. Black Shiitake Mushroom Roll - interesting and earthy tasting - I think it could be improved with a crunch element and some sort of sauce drizzle. But still good and totally worth $5. Spicy Tuna Roll - one of my favorites usually. Still absolutely DELISH but it felt like it was missing something but I couldn't decide what. Dragon Roll - my favorite along with the tempura veggies.
