"I feel like Culver's started off strong after opening, but has already gone downhill. Half the time when I order a cod fillet sandwich, the fish is half the size of the bun, which is exactly how it is today when I ordered it. It's a joke to pay that much to get half of what I'm expecting/should receive for the price I paid . Also, when I order fries, half of the time they are over done, gross and soggy, and the other half, they are perfect. I also dont feel like orders are being checked before they are given to customers. I've had issues with this before, but today I'm missing my side order of fries. "This was my first time ordering from here and having their food. My burrito was $18 and it was huge! It was very good, but there was a hint of something in it that I didn’t care for. If I had to say what it was, I would guess it was mint. I didn’t like that combo with the rest of the burrito. The steak was really good. The chile was great too. I was disappointed that they did not send chips. Every restaurant usually sends chips. The quesadilla was ok. It wasn’t fully melted in the middle. We had to warm up the food too because it was room temp and we like hot food. They also didn’t send utensils or napkins so we had to get some. All in all I would give it another try but it won’t be my go to. "
